Yep, that’s a thing and boy is it tasty! I was watching Jamie’s Meals in Minutes on my flex/sick day this past Monday and he made this as the dessert for the meal he was making. So simple, and super tasty! Just put some frozen fruit into a food processor, “wazz it up” as Jamie would say (make sure you hold onto your food processor, mine tried to take a leap off the counter) until the fruit starts to break down, add some yogurt (I used greek yogurt because that’s what I had) and a bit of honey, then blend it until it’s smooth and delicious (and secretly healthy without any carageenan or mono and/or diglycerides...whatever those things are)
Jamie’s proportions were 500g frozen fruit, 1 cup of yogurt,
and 2 tbsp of honey – I just eyeballed it because that's the kind of thing I do... it was probably a cup and a bit of
fruit, maybe 1/3 cup of yogurt and used 2 tsp on sugar because I used the last
of the honey when I made Honey Oat Bread.
